Cristian Tuste could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Tom Hodgson made a huge save. In the 6th minute, Huey Fry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cliff Carr in the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Ivan Perkins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute Felix were awarded a corner. Tom Hartson went to the cornerflag to take it. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Ivan Perkins advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 14th minute. Felix's Ivan Perkins got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Felix's goal looked a bit too open when Brett Crossman came free, but Tom Hodgson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tom Hodgson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mustafa Arif İmruz in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute Fabián Ruiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Hodgson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's Cristian Tuste slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tom Hodgson. That made the score 1-1 after 24 minutes of play. The supporters of AMAZON DU DAHOMEY booed when Felix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justin Halliday didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Armando Carcedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Hartson, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Chanai Snow fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by AMAZON DU DAHOMEY's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tom Hartson was slow to take the kick. During this time Felix's players had a chance to rest. If Mustafa Arif İmruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Chanai Snow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tom Hodgson having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Felix's goal looked a bit too open when Fabián Ruiz came free, but Tom Hodgson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chanai Snow recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabián Ruiz in the 59th minute of play forced Felix's goalkeeper Tom Hodgson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st match minute, AMAZON DU DAHOMEY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Arif İmruz to maneuver through the defense. Cliff Carr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Carlos Romero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tom Hodgson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chanai Snow in the 64th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timothy Dennison couldn't finish the play. Tom Hodgson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timothy Dennison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tom Hodgson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timothy Dennison in the 88th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Felix's goal looked a bit too open when Timothy Dennison came free, but Tom Hodgson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tom Hodgson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timothy Dennison went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. AMAZON DU DAHOMEY were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Felix for a fine match.
