After a rather tough play, Krusinators's Hafnar Knútsson got a free kick in the 10th minute. A collision led to Krusinators getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Marel Gregorsson hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, Valbjörn Jósepsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kombatantów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Jesper Tómasson made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Bjargmundur Ævarsson sent off a good shot on target. Fjörnir Kristjánsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sigursveinn Júlíansson went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Krusinators's Hnikar Hauksson got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Krusinators's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
