An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristmar Eðvarsson in the 27th minute of play forced Nautin Flatey's goalkeeper Jósep Guðjónsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Goð Vörmuhlíð's goal looked a bit too open when Aspar Vilhelmsson came free, but Ferdinand Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aspar Vilhelmsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Ferdinand Jakobsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
