The referee ignored Antik Flatey's protests and gave Valbergur Hafþórsson a yellow card for diving instead. Valbergur Hafþórsson hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute, Guðfinnur Oddsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th minute, Guðfinnur Oddsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Orlof Blönduósi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 12 played minutes Orlof Blönduósi got a freekick which was hit by 郝朋钢. Sólmundur Reynisson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valbergur Hafþórsson in the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Guðfinnur Oddsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Snjólfur Bjarmarsson. Antik Flatey's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guðfinnur Oddsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Antik Flatey's Snjólfur Bjarmarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Álfur Davíðsson in the 22nd minute of play. 郝朋钢 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Snjólfur Bjarmarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Finnbjörn Skorrason made in the 30th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Hallgrímur Ákason immediately put the ball in play. 32 minutes into the game, Kjaran Magnþórsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Álfur Davíðsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Snjólfur Bjarmarsson having to interfere. Guðfinnur Oddsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valbergur Hafþórsson to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Antik Flatey's zone, Guðfinnur Oddsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Snjólfur Bjarmarsson came out of the goal and Guðfinnur Oddsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Snjólfur Bjarmarsson was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Geirharður Elísson. When Jóndór Snæfinnsson came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Orlof Blönduósi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jóndór Snæfinnsson couldn't finish the play. Unnar Oddvarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Snjólfur Bjarmarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Antik Flatey's goalkeeper Snjólfur Bjarmarsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Guðfinnur Oddsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Snjólfur Bjarmarsson. The goal made the score 0-5. Jóndór Snæfinnsson hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Snjólfur Bjarmarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 郝朋钢, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute, Logi Edgarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Snjólfur Bjarmarsson made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Geirharður Elísson sent off a good shot on target. Orlof Blönduósi's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
