Báran Laugum
Spectators: 9225 (Terracing: 6920, Seating: 2122, VIP seats: 183) Báran Laugum's Rólant Arndórsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Generoso Benitez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hjálmur Ingmarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rólant Arndórsson in the 8th minute of play. Valter Vilhjálmsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaleb Óðinsson in the 11th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes Báran Laugum got a freekick which was hit by Patryk Rzentkowski. Hjálmur Ingmarsson was a little too slow when Carlos Augusto Uchiha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, Stef Bíldudal's goalkeeper Hjálmur Ingmarsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rólant Arndórsson. Hjálmur Ingmarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Augusto Uchiha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Generoso Benitez struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Valter Vilhjálmsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stef Bíldudal. In the 23rd match minute, Báran Laugum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Augusto Uchiha to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute Carlos Augusto Uchiha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hjálmur Ingmarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard, long distance shot from Narfi Albertsson flew over the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Báran Laugum's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Gaitan came free, but Valter Vilhjálmsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Kaleb Óðinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hjálmur Ingmarsson came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Báran Laugum's Rólant Arndórsson. But to his dismay, Rólant Arndórsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Gert den Hertogh charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gert den Hertogh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stef Bíldudal's Hjálmur Ingmarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Stef Bíldudal from getting a goal against them. 43 minutes into the match, Stef Bíldudal's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Augusto Uchiha came free, but Hjálmur Ingmarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valter Vilhjálmsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaleb Óðinsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kaleb Óðinsson to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaleb Óðinsson in the 52nd minute of play forced Báran Laugum's goalkeeper Valter Vilhjálmsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Generoso Benitez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hjálmur Ingmarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rólant Arndórsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute, Heilmóður Hilmarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Rólant Arndórsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hjálmur Ingmarsson. Stef Bíldudal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rólant Arndórsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. A collision led to Báran Laugum getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Árgils Greipsson hit a great ball. Hjálmur Ingmarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rólant Arndórsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hjálmur Ingmarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patryk Rzentkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Carlos Augusto Uchiha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hjálmur Ingmarsson. Stef Bíldudal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Augusto Uchiha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Generoso Benitez kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Hjálmur Ingmarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rólant Arndórsson in the 83rd minute of the match. Carlos Augusto Uchiha took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hjálmur Ingmarsson. Hjálmur Ingmarsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Hjálmur Ingmarsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Augusto Uchiha went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. In the 93rd minute Árgils Greipsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hjálmur Ingmarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hjálmur Ingmarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jóvin Jósafatsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hreimur Snorrason received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Valter Vilhjálmsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Stef Bíldudal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Báran Laugum.
