The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Erasmo Reno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 4th minute, Tomas Godsk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Steinn Bjarmason was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A collision led to Sztorm Keflavik FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Loki Jónasson hit a great ball. A collision led to Skallagrimur getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Timofey Melnikov hit a great ball. In the 8th minute, Skallagrimur's Tomas Godsk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Steinn Bjarmason. Steinn Bjarmason yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Pilarski in the 14th minute of play forced Sztorm Keflavik FC's goalkeeper Steinn Bjarmason to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Erasmo Reno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Steinn Bjarmason. Sztorm Keflavik FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erasmo Reno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Erasmo Reno took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steinn Bjarmason. Steinn Bjarmason dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Sztorm Keflavik FC's Steinn Bjarmason proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Sztorm Keflavik FC from getting a goal against them. Steinn Bjarmason made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Pilarski in the 25th minute of play. Sztorm Keflavik FC's Steinn Bjarmason played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Godsk in the 26th minute of play. Steinn Bjarmason showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduard Cârstea, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Eduard Cârstea received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Steinn Bjarmason came out and tried to block the shot, but Eduard Cârstea slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 27th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Erasmo Reno recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Steinn Bjarmason. Erasmo Reno showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. Steinn Bjarmason took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Godsk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Godsk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Heiðrekur Vilmarsson charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heiðrekur Vilmarsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Heiðrekur Vilmarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The supporters of Skallagrimur booed when Sztorm Keflavik FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borgþór Georgsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sztorm Keflavik FC's Heiðrekur Vilmarsson got his second yellow card of the match in the 47th minute. The referee ordered Heiðrekur Vilmarsson off the ground. In the 48th minute, Heiðrekur Vilmarsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Godsk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Steinn Bjarmason took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Reno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Sztorm Keflavik FC's zone, Cyryl Filanowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steinn Bjarmason came out of the goal and Cyryl Filanowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Steinn Bjarmason took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timofey Melnikov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erasmo Reno in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Steinn Bjarmason prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Þorbjörn Guðjónsson during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Þorbjörn Guðjónsson kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. If Erasmo Reno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Skallagrimur's Tomas Godsk got a free kick in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Sztorm Keflavik FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Pilarski came free, but Steinn Bjarmason reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Godsk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Steinn Bjarmason made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Pilarski in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75thth minute of the game Emil Pilarski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sztorm Keflavik FC's Steinn Bjarmason was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 76th minute, Erasmo Reno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Steinn Bjarmason was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Steinn Bjarmason came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Skallagrimur's Filippus Þorsteinsson. But to his dismay, Filippus Þorsteinsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Oliver Adolfsson hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the game, Filippus Þorsteinsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Steinn Bjarmason was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 92 minutes into the match, Eduard Cârstea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Steinn Bjarmason. Sztorm Keflavik FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eduard Cârstea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. 96 minutes into the game, Filippus Þorsteinsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 13-0. Steinn Bjarmason was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
