Arnúlfur Níelsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Task Mývatni's Arnúlfur Níelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justin Kluivert in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justin Kluivert made a kick off. Arnúlfur Níelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarl Hafsteinsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
