In the 18th minute of the match Ristivoj Kuzmanović sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Slađan Odavić skillfully saved the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Lipar's goal looked a bit too open when Mirko Jovičin came free, but Slađan Odavić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 32 played minutes Lipar got a freekick which was hit by Sima Lakić. Slađan Odavić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mirko Jovičin in the 33rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Mirko Jovičin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Slađan Odavić was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Svrljig FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Lazetić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Svrljig FK's Dojčilo Jelenković got a free kick in the 57th minute. Bratislav Bisenić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Čubrilo Savanović's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. 65 minutes into the game, one of Lipar:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Stefan Lazetić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Slađan Odavić made a huge save. Bratislav Bisenić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Čubrilo Savanović, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. When Duško Danojević fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lipar's protests and gave Duško Danojević a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 87 minutes, Tanasko Cimbaljević managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lipar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tanasko Cimbaljević was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Petar Đuretić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stefan Lazetić might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Slađan Odavić. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefan Lazetić ran back to his position shaking his head. Čubrilo Savanović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Svrljig FK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
