Spectators: 6787 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dragutin Mijanović took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Ðorđe Kalić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 8th minute, Svetoje Batić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ðorđe Kalić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Zdravko Nikolajević tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ðorđe Kalić in the 28th minute of play forced Šid's goalkeeper Zdravko Nikolajević to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29thth minute of the game Dragutin Mijanović who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Šid's Zdravko Nikolajević was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Dragutin Mijanović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zdravko Nikolajević showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ðorđe Kalić, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Šid's goal looked a bit too open when Dragutin Mijanović came free, but Zdravko Nikolajević reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Dragutin Mijanović managed to get in a good position for a shot. Majur OFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Dragutin Mijanović was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zdravko Nikolajević breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dragutin Mijanović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Žarko Pjetrović was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Dragutin Mijanović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ðorđe Kalić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute Dragutin Mijanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdravko Nikolajević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ðorđe Kalić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miroslav Malenović kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Žarko Pjetrović notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Majur OFK's Stefan Davidović. Stefan Davidović was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ðorđe Kalić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th play minute Ðorđe Kalić came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zdravko Nikolajević. 2-1. 82 minutes into the match, Žarko Pjetrović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stefan Davidović. Majur OFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Žarko Pjetrović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Dragutin Mijanović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdravko Nikolajević having to interfere. Ðorđe Kalić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Majur OFK's Dragutin Mijanović in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Šid's goalie prevented a goal. Ðorđe Kalić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Šid could leave the field as winners, despite Majur OFK having more of the ball for most of the match.
