In the 3rd minute of the match Sima Ilić sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rajko Čonić skillfully saved the ball. Laza Čolić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Rodoljub Jevremović sped through Srbobran's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rajko Čonić. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanko Papović in the 21st minute of play forced Resavica FK's goalkeeper Konstantin Jevtić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laza Čolić's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rajko Čonić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Resavica FK's goalkeeper Konstantin Jevtić had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radislav Jugović. Laza Čolić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Rajko Čonić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30thth minute of the game Laza Čolić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Srbobran's Rajko Čonić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rajko Čonić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laza Čolić's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. After 32 played minutes Srbobran got a freekick which was hit by Tadija Popov. After 33rd play minutes Rodoljub Jevremović shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Rajko Čonić and just under the crossbar into goal. If Laza Čolić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodoljub Jevremović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, Srbobran's goal looked a bit too open when Rodoljub Jevremović came free, but Rajko Čonić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stanko Papović was the one to do the kick off. Rajko Čonić didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 52nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Konstantin Jevtić made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Resavica FK's Konstantin Jevtić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanko Papović in the 80th minute of play. Srbobran's Rajko Čonić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Srbobran from getting a goal against them. Dragoljub Todić's late challenge caught a Resavica FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dragoljub Todić helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd match minute, Srbobran was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dragoljub Todić to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Resavica FK's zone, Stanko Papović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konstantin Jevtić came out of the goal and Stanko Papović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Resavica FK played a much better game than Srbobran and deserved their victory. The Srbobran players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
