Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nenad Mratinković started the match with the kick off. Nenad Mratinković received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mirčeta Kežman came out and tried to block the shot, but Nenad Mratinković slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. In the 10th minute, Knjaževac's Kostadin Memić dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 16th minute Dobrivoj Perić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laza Vučićević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 played minutes Nenad Mratinković rounded Donja Mutnica's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. In the 23rd minute, Isidor Ristović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 26 played minutes, Donja Mutnica's Mileta Marković shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Laza Vučićević came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Donja Mutnica reached it. Nenad Mratinković was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. Knjaževac's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Kostadin Memić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Knjaževac's supporters rose to their feet, but Kostadin Memić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mirčeta Kežman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ivan Galić kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. A collision led to Donja Mutnica getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Dobrivoj Perić hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Nenad Mratinković fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mirčeta Kežman, passed just outside the right post. A collision led to Donja Mutnica getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Zlatan Prodanović hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Željko Šarenac was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes, Donja Mutnica's Mileta Marković shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Laza Vučićević came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Donja Mutnica reached it. Veseljko Čanović missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 55 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Laza Vučićević right hand side. If Nenad Mratinković had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Laza Vučićević successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 3-1 became the score in the 63rd minute when Željko Šarenac elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Donja Mutnica's Bogoboj Radin got a free kick in the 75th minute. Donja Mutnica's Mirčeta Kežman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nenad Mratinković in the 76th minute of play. After 85 minutes of play, Knjaževac's Nenad Mratinković made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mirčeta Kežman was left in no man's land by his defense there! 92 minutes into the match, Knjaževac's goalkeeper Laza Vučićević had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dobrivoj Perić. After a defensive mix-up in Donja Mutnica's zone, Nenad Mratinković stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mirčeta Kežman came out of the goal and Nenad Mratinković tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Knjaževac's Nenad Mratinković got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nenad Mratinković in the 97th minute of play forced Donja Mutnica's goalkeeper Mirčeta Kežman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Knjaževac were the better team. Knjaževac's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
