After 57 played minutes, Gunaroš OFK's Uroš Nuradinović shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paun Sredojević came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gunaroš OFK reached it. If Novica Podunavac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 62 minutes, Savo Tatalović mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gunaroš OFK and the Kuršumlija OFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gunaroš OFK getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. When Ognjen Kalajdžić, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 67 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Julijan Sremčević was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Kuršumlija OFK's zone, Velisav Drenovac stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paun Sredojević came out of the goal and Velisav Drenovac tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute Novica Podunavac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paun Sredojević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Savo Tatalović took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paun Sredojević. Kuršumlija OFK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 84th match minute, Gunaroš OFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marko Tumbasović to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Željko Miljanić dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Julijan Sremčević, 2-3.
