In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pojate FK's goalkeeper Đorđe Belojević, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vlade Šaulić scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Đorđe Belojević, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Đorđe Belojević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lale Lepović in the 23rd minute of the match. Lale Lepović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Đorđe Belojević having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Vlasotince OFK got a freekick which was hit by Draško Pintaric. 36 minutes into the game, Rastko Ćirović was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vlasotince OFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pojate FK the free kick. Lale Lepović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lale Nađ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lale Lepović stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Desimir Milović made an important save on a dangerous shot by Njegovan Babović in the 53rd minute. Lale Lepović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Desimir Milović made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Njegovan Babović sent off a good shot on target. Lale Nađ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Desimir Milović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Đorđe Belojević made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lale Lepović in the 70th minute of play. Njegovan Babović in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Desimir Milović, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlade Šaulić in the 74th minute of play forced Pojate FK's goalkeeper Đorđe Belojević to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lale Lepović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Vlasotince OFK's goalkeeper Desimir Milović had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Njegovan Babović. The Vlasotince OFK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pojate FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
