Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Matija Ćirović got the match started through his kick off. Matija Ćirović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bogosav Ognjenović having to interfere. Bogosav Ognjenović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vuko Sinđelić, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stepan Gajić in the 8th minute of play forced Nova Varoš FK's goalkeeper Bogosav Ognjenović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matija Ćirović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 12th minute of the match Dragiša Popov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rastislav Lotinac showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pivnice's Rastislav Lotinac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mijailo Tonić in the 13th minute of play. After 14 played minutes Nova Varoš FK got a freekick which was hit by Milija Đokić. After some careless play in the Nova Varoš FK defense, Matija Ćirović kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogosav Ognjenović. The Nova Varoš FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogosav Ognjenović should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Nova Varoš FK's zone, Matija Ćirović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bogosav Ognjenović came out of the goal and Matija Ćirović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Nova Varoš FK's Bogosav Ognjenović got control of the ball when Matija Ćirović tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vuko Sinđelić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 41st match minute, Nova Varoš FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saša Ranković to maneuver through the defense. Saša Ranković hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Milivoje Poturović hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saša Ranković made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Matija Ćirović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogosav Ognjenović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nova Varoš FK's Bogosav Ognjenović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matija Ćirović in the 54th minute of play. Pivnice's supporters rose to their feet, but Matija Ćirović was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogosav Ognjenović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 61st minute, Stepan Gajić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th minute, Matija Ćirović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matija Ćirović struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Bogosav Ognjenović didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pivnice. If Vuko Sinđelić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. Matija Ćirović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bogosav Ognjenović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vuko Sinđelić, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Matija Ćirović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bogosav Ognjenović read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matija Ćirović in the 94th minute of play forced Nova Varoš FK's goalkeeper Bogosav Ognjenović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Pivnice were the better team. Pivnice's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
