Nova Varoš FK's Bogosav Ognjenović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radosav Jančić in the 33rd minute of play. Bogosav Ognjenović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anđelko Parezanović in the 35th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nova Varoš FK's Murat Lomić got a free kick in the 36th minute. After some careless play in the Nova Varoš FK defense, Radosav Jančić kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogosav Ognjenović. The Nova Varoš FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogosav Ognjenović should have stopped the shot. Nova Varoš FK's Saša Ranković was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 49th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Nova Varoš FK's Bogosav Ognjenović proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Nova Varoš FK from getting a goal against them. Nova Varoš FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mijailo Tonić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Nova Varoš FK's goalkeeper Bogosav Ognjenović had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anđelko Parezanović. Saša Ranković received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Sreten Turković tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radosav Jančić took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bogosav Ognjenović. Bogosav Ognjenović dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 88th minute, Mijailo Tonić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Radosav Jančić struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Bogosav Ognjenović didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Crvenka OFK.
