Danilo Štavljanin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jugoslav Jablan in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Gradimir Brđanin made the kick off in the second half. He walked away shaking his head. Turija had played much better football throughout.
