Spectators: 6791 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1791, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stevan Binić started the match with the kick off. Mirko Tintor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stevan Binić's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. After 5 minutes, Živorad Mujević mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Južni Banat and the Predejane FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Živorad Mujević hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Stevan Binić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Mirko Tintor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Južni Banat's Mirko Tintor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stevan Binić in the 13th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stevan Binić in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mirko Tintor saved Južni Banat from getting behind. Stevan Binić took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mirko Tintor. Mirko Tintor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 21st minute, Vučko Masanović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ristivoje Asanović came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Južni Banat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ristivoje Asanović couldn't finish the play. Vučko Masanović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mirko Tintor having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Stevan Binić ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mirko Tintor was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The Južni Banat players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Predejane FK were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ristivoje Asanović was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Južni Banat got a freekick which was hit by Rafailo Paljević. In the 56th match minute, Južni Banat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milenko Jeknić to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stevan Binić in the 57th minute of play forced Južni Banat's goalkeeper Mirko Tintor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 59 minutes, Vučko Masanović managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Predejane FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vučko Masanović was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stevan Binić struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Mirko Tintor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Predejane FK. In the 64th minute, Vučko Masanović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Siniša Kelečević was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 66th minute. Predejane FK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Živorad Mujević sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Rafailo Paljević hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the game, Predejane FK's Stevan Binić nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mirko Tintor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Vučko Masanović might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mirko Tintor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vučko Masanović ran back to his position shaking his head. Mirko Tintor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stevan Binić, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Predejane FK's zone, Živorad Mujević stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Radulović came out of the goal and Živorad Mujević tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute, Živorad Mujević ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stefan Radulović was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stevan Binić in the 92nd minute of play forced Južni Banat's goalkeeper Mirko Tintor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stevan Binić's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mirko Tintor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play.
