The tension between the Beograd OFK and the Kovin players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Beograd OFK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Mane Bojović hit a great ball. Vekoslav Markus struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Jugomir Dabanović didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kovin. Beograd OFK's Jugomir Dabanović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladislav Preljević in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Tiosav Muskinja made a precise shot to the right of Rastislav Milijanović. Kovin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The supporters of Beograd OFK booed when Kovin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vekoslav Markus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vladislav Preljević to make the kick off. Vekoslav Markus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Beograd OFK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kovin throughout the match.
