Spectators: 6795 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1795, VIP seats: 0) Jovica Nosović started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rdth minute of the game Ratko Radošević who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Male Pijace FK's Stevan Anđić was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Milan Jakovljević got a throw-in 5 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Filip Marilović. The supporters of Male Pijace FK booed when I M R was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Maria Coutinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Slaviša Gavarić acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 10th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Miroljub Kecojević. Jovica Nosović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 22 played minutes I M R got a freekick which was hit by Gojko Bulić. A collision led to Male Pijace FK getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jovica Nosović hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Artemio Cordearo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vojislav Kamberović struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Stevan Anđić didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for I M R. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Artemio Cordearo managed to get in a good position for a shot. I M R's supporters rose to their feet, but Artemio Cordearo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stevan Anđić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gojko Bulić scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stevan Anđić, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ratko Radošević received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Stevan Anđić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ratko Radošević in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stevan Anđić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ratko Radošević fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stevan Anđić having to interfere. Stevan Anđić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artemio Cordearo in the 43rd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When Srbislav Kujundžić came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the I M R fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Srbislav Kujundžić couldn't finish the play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 58 minutes into the game, when Slavoljub Kežman put in a rough tackle. When José Maria Coutinho fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored I M R's protests and gave José Maria Coutinho a yellow card for diving instead. Srbislav Kujundžić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stevan Anđić having to interfere. Stevan Anđić made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when José Maria Coutinho sent off a good shot on target. In the 70th minute, I M R's Artemio Cordearo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stevan Anđić. Stevan Anđić yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Artemio Cordearo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 83 minutes, Vojislav Kamberović managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. I M R's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vojislav Kamberović was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th minute, Artemio Cordearo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Srbislav Kujundžić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vojislav Kamberović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Male Pijace FK's Stevan Anđić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Cordearo in the 94th minute of play. After 97 played minutes, Male Pijace FK's Miroljub Kecojević shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Slaviša Gavarić came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Male Pijace FK reached it.
