Spectators: 6800 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 0) Požarevac's Božo Kiš started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rafailo Zlatković blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ljubinko Milisavljević having to make a save. Ljubinko Milisavljević showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafailo Zlatković, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Rafailo Zlatković recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafailo Zlatković's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Ljubinko Milisavljević skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rafailo Zlatković had several of the Požarevac's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Ljubinko Milisavljević as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in Zmajevo's zone, Božo Kiš stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murat Andonovski came out of the goal and Božo Kiš tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zmajevo's Murat Andonovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perun Vještica in the 21st minute of play. Rafailo Zlatković blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ljubinko Milisavljević having to make a save. Ðurađ Karajičić in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ljubinko Milisavljević, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Požarevac's Božo Kiš in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zmajevo's goalie prevented a goal. Rafailo Zlatković recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Milorad Zafirović hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ðurađ Karajičić got free with Ljubinko Milisavljević in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 37 played minutes Požarevac got a freekick which was hit by Branislav Timotijević. After a defensive mix-up in Zmajevo's zone, Perun Vještica stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murat Andonovski came out of the goal and Perun Vještica tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute, Perun Vještica got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafailo Zlatković made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Božo Kiš in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Murat Andonovski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 60 minutes into the match, Božo Kiš dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Murat Andonovski, 2-1. 64 minutes into the match, Rafailo Zlatković had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ljubinko Milisavljević. Požarevac's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafailo Zlatković was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The supporters of Zmajevo booed when Požarevac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Branislav Timotijević didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ðurađ Karajičić struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Ljubinko Milisavljević didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zmajevo. Dragan Vučićević kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Metodije Bulić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zmajevo's supporters rose to their feet, but Metodije Bulić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ljubinko Milisavljević breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Perun Vještica who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Murat Andonovski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Perun Vještica managed to get in a good position for a shot. Požarevac's supporters rose to their feet, but Perun Vještica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murat Andonovski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Božo Kiš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Zmajevo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Požarevac had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
