The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Milija Zlatanović to make the kick off. Predrag Danilović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mirsad Mladenović having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Milija Zlatanović in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mirsad Mladenović prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Milenko Markus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Mirsad Mladenović made a huge save. With 76 minutes on the clock, Cvijan Stojković commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Banatska Palanka FK had won after a very even match.
