With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dojčin Tasić in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bojan Bihorac saved Naissus from getting behind. When Dojčin Tasić came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Užice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dojčin Tasić couldn't finish the play. Jakov Živković succeeded in the game's 15th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Bojan Bihorac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dojčin Tasić in the 21st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Milija Zlatanović's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vladimir Mojsilović was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In a very dangerous position, a player in Naissus fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! In the 41st minute there was a penalty for Užice. Ostoja Alivodić stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bojan Bihorac. 1-2. Vinko Grlić kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Milija Zlatanović was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Željko Ostojić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Naissus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Užice the free kick. When Jakov Živković came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Užice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jakov Živković couldn't finish the play. In the 53rd minute, Predrag Danilović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Užice fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Užice's Jakov Živković looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 62 played minutes Naissus got a freekick which was hit by Željko Ostojić. Ostoja Alivodić took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bojan Bihorac. Naissus's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 73 played minutes Naissus got a freekick which was hit by Sergije Josifljević. 78 minutes into the game, Užice's Jakov Živković nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bojan Bihorac made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Dojčin Tasić got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Dojčin Tasić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Užice's supporters rose to their feet, but Dojčin Tasić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bojan Bihorac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milenko Markus in the 92nd minute of play forced Užice's goalkeeper Vladimir Mojsilović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Užice played a much better game than Naissus and deserved their victory. The Naissus players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
