Pescara Supljak's Radojko Puškaric played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veljko Bogićević in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Pescara Supljak's goal looked a bit too open when Veljko Bogićević came free, but Radojko Puškaric reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Vojislav Grujičić made a precise shot to the right of Radojko Puškaric. Pescara Supljak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Pescara Supljak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vojislav Grujičić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After some careless play in the FK Naftasi defense, Budisav Kučević kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nikola Stokić. The FK Naftasi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nikola Stokić should have stopped the shot. Mihailo Brnović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute.
