Ljubomir Biševac, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Niška Banja's zone, Stojiljko Tanić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nemanja Stoisavljević came out of the goal and Stojiljko Tanić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Niška Banja booed when Zbogom gospodo 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ljubomir Biševac didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jugoslav Žakula showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bratislav Karajičić in the 14th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Zbogom gospodo 2's Radoš Ilijevski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nemanja Stoisavljević. Nemanja Stoisavljević yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 25th match minute, Zbogom gospodo 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saša Radović to maneuver through the defense. Ćiro Vukeljić was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bratislav Karajičić in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jugoslav Žakula saved Zbogom gospodo 2 from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, Niška Banja's goalkeeper Nemanja Stoisavljević had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stojiljko Tanić. Vladan Radak hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Zbogom gospodo 2's Nemanja Stoisavljević threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Radoš Ilijevski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bratislav Karajičić struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Jugoslav Žakula didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Niška Banja. Niška Banja's Milivoj Stojčić got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 38 played minutes Zbogom gospodo 2 got a freekick which was hit by Đuro Lazarević. Niška Banja's Bratislav Karajičić got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 44 played minutes Zbogom gospodo 2 got a freekick which was hit by Jovica Babić. 46 minutes into the match, Zbogom gospodo 2's goal looked a bit too open when Bratislav Karajičić came free, but Jugoslav Žakula reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Milivoj Stojčić made a kick off. Bratislav Karajičić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bratislav Karajičićs short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Jugoslav Žakula to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tiosav Ješić's late challenge caught a Zbogom gospodo 2's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiosav Ješić helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes Niška Banja got a freekick which was hit by Tiosav Ješić. Jugoslav Žakula came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Niška Banja's Duško Jević. But to his dismay, Duško Jević quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bratislav Karajičić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jugoslav Žakula showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milivoj Stojčić in the 83rd minute of the match. Jugoslav Žakula took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milivoj Stojčić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milivoj Stojčić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jugoslav Žakula tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Niška Banja's Milivoj Stojčić dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. When the final whistle sounded Niška Banja left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Zbogom gospodo 2.
