An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivica Dakić in the 13th minute of play forced Zbogom gospodo's goalkeeper Najdan Pupalović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 14 in the game by Metodije Pečaranin from a close distance when the talented Najdan Pupalović managed to make a qualified save. Zbogom gospodo's players were relieved. Metodije Pečaranin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Najdan Pupalović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Najdan Pupalović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivica Dakić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ðuro Jovanović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Vuk Šorgić tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kosta Petrović in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vuk Šorgić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zbogom gospodo's Najdan Pupalović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivica Dakić in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match Čedomir Marinović shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Najdan Pupalović showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Kosta Petrović managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zbogom gospodo's supporters rose to their feet, but Kosta Petrović was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vuk Šorgić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Tavankut FK's Timotije Tasić got a free kick in the 35th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kosta Petrović stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ðuro Jovanović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vuk Šorgić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Kosta Petrović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vuk Šorgić having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Tavankut FK's goalkeeper Vuk Šorgić had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ðuro Jovanović. In the 66th minute Ivica Dakić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Najdan Pupalović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Tavankut FK booed when Zbogom gospodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikola Lazarević didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zbogom gospodo's goalkeeper Najdan Pupalović, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vuk Šorgić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kosta Petrović, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Zbogom gospodo's zone, Metodije Pečaranin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Najdan Pupalović came out of the goal and Metodije Pečaranin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nikola Lazarević charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nikola Lazarević the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tavankut FK booed when Zbogom gospodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikola Lazarević didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ivica Dakić came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Tavankut FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivica Dakić couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute Metodije Pečaranin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Najdan Pupalović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivica Dakić might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Najdan Pupalović. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivica Dakić ran back to his position shaking his head. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
