The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to JajceFC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ljubo Trbojević hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Partizan FC's zone, Svetomir Cvejić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davor Farkaš came out of the goal and Svetomir Cvejić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manojlo Gavrilović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorotej Šljukić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26thth minute of the game Bratoljub Jovin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Partizan FC's Davor Farkaš was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute, Ljubo Trbojević hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 36 minutes, Bratoljub Jovin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JajceFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bratoljub Jovin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of JajceFC booed when Partizan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Buda Stjepović didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Svetomir Cvejić got free with Davor Farkaš in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Bratoljub Jovin came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the JajceFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bratoljub Jovin couldn't finish the play. Kojadin Leković hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Velibor Grnčarski was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 73rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Davor Farkaš showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svetomir Cvejić in the 81st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Svetomir Cvejić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Davor Farkaš was relentless in the 84th minute of the game.
