Spectators: 6958 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1958, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vukašin Sabljić started the match with the kick off. FK ASTRA's Edoardo Mattei pulled a muscle in his back after 3 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Njegoslav Grubješić fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Majdanpek FK's protests and gave Njegoslav Grubješić a yellow card for diving instead. FK ASTRA's Mitar Maksimović was substituted for Edoardo Mattei. In the 5th minute, Njegoslav Grubješić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FK ASTRA's Radenko Krsmanović got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 12 played minutes Majdanpek FK got a freekick which was hit by Simon Arbutina. Gustav Ekblom took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dobrivoje Borenović. Majdanpek FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 15th minute, Radenko Krsmanović made a precise shot to the right of Dobrivoje Borenović. Majdanpek FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Zoran Tabaković received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dobrivoje Borenović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dobrivoje Borenović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radenko Krsmanović, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th match minute, Majdanpek FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Njegoslav Grubješić to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Radenko Krsmanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobrivoje Borenović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitomir Kaplanović scored 1-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Prospero Haitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Majdanpek FK's Dobrivoje Borenović proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Majdanpek FK from getting a goal against them. In the 54th minute of the match Vukota Kujundžić sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dobrivoje Borenović skillfully saved the ball. Zoran Tabaković recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Majdanpek FK's goalkeeper Dobrivoje Borenović had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zoran Tabaković. Dobrivoje Borenović made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Zoran Tabaković sent off a good shot on target. In the 65th minute Radenko Krsmanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobrivoje Borenović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Majdanpek FK's Vitomir Kaplanović got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, FK ASTRA's goal looked a bit too open when Vitomir Kaplanović came free, but Prospero Haitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Majdanpek FK's goalkeeper Dobrivoje Borenović, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute Vukašin Sabljić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Haitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Majdanpek FK's Dobrivoje Borenović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radenko Krsmanović in the 89th minute of play. With a little luck, Majdanpek FK's Dobrivoje Borenović got control of the ball when Zoran Tabaković tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Vukašin Sabljić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
