In the 9th minute, Luka Gavrančić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. EZ BOTS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Stojadin Nađ scored to the left of an out of position Velimir Kučević, making the score, 1-1. After 14 minutes of play, EZ BOTS's Serafim Poledica made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ljubo Kocić was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vekoslav Krsmanović during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Kanjiža OFK got a freekick which was hit by Vekoslav Krsmanović. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Serafim Poledica managed to get in a good position for a shot. EZ BOTS's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafim Poledica was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ljubo Kocić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ljubo Kocić stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serafim Poledica's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafim Poledica was the one to do the kick off. Stojadin Nađ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The shot was a little too simple and Ljubo Kocić could save by the left post. 73 minutes into the game, Serafim Poledica lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Ljubo Kocić. If Serafim Poledica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Serafim Poledica's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ljubo Kocić was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game.
