In the 17th minute, Parting City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gvozden Pupovac fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Joviša Balaban came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Parting City's Radule Ašćerić. But to his dismay, Radule Ašćerić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 26 played minutes Parting City got a freekick which was hit by Adam Tatić. In the 27th minute of the match Dejan Višković sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Srđan Gašić skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zoran Vidić got free with Srđan Gašić in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Beli Vojisavljević kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Radule Ašćerić took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joviša Balaban. Joviša Balaban dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. With an all-out effort, Waltham's Srđan Gašić threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hakija Blažević, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 40 minutes into the match, Parting City's goal looked a bit too open when Hakija Blažević came free, but Srđan Gašić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match Waltham got a corner. Parting City's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nikon Iliev ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Nikon Iliev got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Srđan Gašić quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uglješa Radinović to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Waltham getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Zoran Vidić hit a great ball. In the 53rd minute, Uglješa Radinović got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Radule Ašćerić came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Parting City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radule Ašćerić couldn't finish the play. 58 minutes into the match, Parting City's goal looked a bit too open when Hakija Blažević came free, but Srđan Gašić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Waltham fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Waltham's Gvozden Pupovac looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 67th minute Uglješa Radinović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joviša Balaban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Srđan Gašić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gvozden Pupovac, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute, Radule Ašćerić left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Parting City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. When Parting City's Uglješa Radinović in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Waltham's goalie prevented a goal. Radojlo Vujadinović kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Parting City left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Waltham.
