With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobias Abecia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leo Arsenijević fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Abecia having to interfere. Budisav Gegić blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobias Abecia having to make a save. If Leo Arsenijević had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Rochdale City getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Feđa Sekulić hit a great ball. Fado Vesović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Kecojević during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rochdale City's Petko Milunović proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Rochdale City from getting a goal against them. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fado Vesović made a kick off. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, RED HAWK's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Arsenijević came free, but Tobias Abecia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Budisav Gegić who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Tobias Abecia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
