Vukosav Vidović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Vihor Vučković made a huge save. In the 6th minute Smallfield Unit were awarded a corner. Višeslav Matić went to the cornerflag to take it. Timotije Radak was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Zaviša Račić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Brkić in the 8th minute of play. Zaviša Račić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vidoje Džudović, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vihor Vučković made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Timotije Radak sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Surbiton's Vihor Vučković got control of the ball when Vukosav Vidović tried to sneak it across the goal line. Blagoje Krkanović received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vihor Vučković came out and tried to block the shot, but Blagoje Krkanović slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 24th minute. Blagoje Krkanović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vihor Vučković having to interfere. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Surbiton's goalkeeper Vihor Vučković, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Blagoje Krkanović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 40 in the game by Vukosav Vidović from a close distance when the talented Vihor Vučković managed to make a qualified save. Surbiton's players were relieved. Stanislav Lalević kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Vukosav Vidović made a precise shot to the right of Vihor Vučković. Surbiton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 59 played minutes Smallfield Unit got a freekick which was hit by Savić Tišma. Vihor Vučković showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vukosav Vidović in the 63rd minute of the match. After having played for 64 minutes, Blagoje Krkanović managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Smallfield Unit's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blagoje Krkanović was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vukosav Vidović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Vihor Vučković tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute Vukosav Vidović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vihor Vučković saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vihor Vučković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blagoje Krkanović in the 77th minute of play. When Blagoje Krkanović came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Smallfield Unit fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blagoje Krkanović couldn't finish the play. If Vukosav Vidović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Surbiton defense, Vukosav Vidović kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vihor Vučković. The Surbiton fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vihor Vučković should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute, Stojan Raičević hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Surbiton's zone, Vukosav Vidović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vihor Vučković came out of the goal and Vukosav Vidović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Smallfield Unit had played much better football throughout.
