Spectators: 6849 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1849, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Godalming FC booed when Countesthorpe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ljubiša Brajković didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jadran Vujošević came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Godalming FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jadran Vujošević couldn't finish the play. Arso Filipović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radovan Lutovac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Borisav Mićunović made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milutin Krajinović in the 10th minute. A throw-in in the 12th minute of the game was made by Mateja Simić with Roman Škrijelj as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 13 minutes in the game Mateja Simić did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Antonel Pejić. Arso Filipović came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Godalming FC's Dobrivoje Tomanić. But to his dismay, Dobrivoje Tomanić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Godalming FC's Borisav Mićunović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Čedomir Gogić in the 22nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Dobrivoje Tomanić put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Arso Filipović. In the 27th minute, Dobrivoje Tomanić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dobrivoje Tomanić might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arso Filipović. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dobrivoje Tomanić ran back to his position shaking his head. Čedomir Gogić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Godalming FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Radovan Lutovac hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Countesthorpe FC's Mateja Simić tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Radovan Lutovac's late challenge caught a Countesthorpe FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radovan Lutovac helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th match minute, Godalming FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radovan Lutovac to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Mateja Simić sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Godalming FC's Borisav Mićunović didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dobrivoje Tomanić in the 44th minute of play forced Countesthorpe FC's goalkeeper Arso Filipović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radovan Lutovac was shown his second yellow card after 45 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Godalming FC's Radovan Lutovac got a free kick in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Čedomir Gogić made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Godalming FC's goal looked a bit too open when Čedomir Gogić came free, but Borisav Mićunović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Mateja Simić threw the ball into play from the sideline. Godalming FC's Novko Miljković quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Borisav Mićunović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Čedomir Gogić in the 60th minute of play. Countesthorpe FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mateja Simić in the 62nd minute. The corner ended in Mateja Simić almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Godalming FC's Borisav Mićunović did a great save. Nemanja Stošić hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. If Dobrivoje Tomanić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Countesthorpe FC's goalkeeper Arso Filipović, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Novko Miljković hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75thth minute of the game Milutin Krajinović who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Godalming FC's Borisav Mićunović was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Milutin Krajinović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jadran Vujošević in the 85th minute of play forced Countesthorpe FC's goalkeeper Arso Filipović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Đuro Camaj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Arso Filipović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vojin Jelovac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 91 in the game by Novko Miljković from a close distance when the talented Arso Filipović managed to make a qualified save. Countesthorpe FC's players were relieved. In the 92nd minute, Dobrivoje Tomanić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
