But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pero Maslić couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Scarborough 07's Dušan Sjekloća got a free kick in the 68th minute. Mirza Konstantinović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pero Maslić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mirza Konstantinović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pero Maslić in the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Sanel Ćulafić got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nikon Kiš was out of position in the 98 minute of play, and Sanel Ćulafić capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sanel Ćulafić really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. The Leigh City supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Scarborough 07's performance. The match ended with a win for Scarborough 07.
