When Borislav Gaši fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Whickham FC's protests and gave Borislav Gaši a yellow card for diving instead. Borislav Gaši kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Timotije Vučinić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Novak Tršić in the 6th minute of the match. Maksim Poleksić kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Timotije Vučinić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragiša Panić in the 22nd minute of play. Grujo Vranjković hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Plumpton Green F.C's Bogdan Praščević got control of the ball when Ljubo Erkić tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute Dragiša Panić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timotije Vučinić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Plumpton Green F.C's Dragiša Panić in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bogdan Praščević showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ljubo Erkić, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute Dragiša Panić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timotije Vučinić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Whickham FC's Ljubo Erkić got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dragiša Panić stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ljubo Erkić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Bogdan Praščević tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Borislav Gaši hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute of the match Maksim Poleksić shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Timotije Vučinić showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Dragiša Panić cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Timotije Vučinić was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dragiša Panić during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Plumpton Green F.C's Dragiša Panić got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 67th minute Novak Tršić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timotije Vučinić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Plumpton Green F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ljubo Erkić came free, but Bogdan Praščević reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ljubo Erkić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Whickham FC's Ljubo Erkić in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ljubo Erkić couldn't finish the play. Novak Tršić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brajan Ristović kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Dragiša Panić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ljubo Erkić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Novak Tršić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timotije Vučinić having to interfere. Whickham FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Plumpton Green F.C had controlled the match.
