Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Woking AFC's Samuel Naylor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dragoslav Šaletić in the 8th minute of play. Samuel Naylor came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Cleethorpes's Rodoljub Katić. But to his dismay, Rodoljub Katić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Rodoljub Katić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cleethorpes fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Woking AFC a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jason Dwyer, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cleethorpes's Ćiro Bogdanović. 1-1. After 24 minutes of play, Woking AFC's Alastair Mayo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ćiro Bogdanović was left in no man's land by his defense there! Duncan Best fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ćiro Bogdanović having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cleethorpes fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Woking AFC a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jason Dwyer, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cleethorpes's Ćiro Bogdanović. 1-3. Samuel Naylor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoslav Šaletić in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Cleethorpes's Rodoljub Katić sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Samuel Naylor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Samuel Naylor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodoljub Katić, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dragoslav Šaletić to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Woking AFC's zone, Rodoljub Katić stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Naylor came out of the goal and Rodoljub Katić tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute Rodoljub Katić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Naylor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 minutes, Vic Lincoln mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Woking AFC and the Cleethorpes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th minute, one of Woking AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Woking AFC. In the 58th minute there was a penalty for Cleethorpes. Vukoje Marojević stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Samuel Naylor. 2-3. Samuel Naylor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodoljub Katić in the 66th minute of play. Ćiro Bogdanović was a little too slow when Duncan Best got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 2-4. In the 72nd minute of the match, Duncan Best tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ćiro Bogdanović saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Cleethorpes getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Petko Tepavčević hit a great ball. The supporters of Woking AFC booed when Cleethorpes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petko Tepavčević didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Naylor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoslav Šaletić in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Jason Dwyer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89thth minute of the game Dragoslav Šaletić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Woking AFC's Samuel Naylor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dragoslav Šaletić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Samuel Naylor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Woking AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
