Spectators: 9006 (Terracing: 6772, Seating: 2111, VIP seats: 123) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Krsto Pejčić started the match with the kick off. Martin Stanojević kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 5th minute Željko Mitrašinović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Velisav Bojović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Božo Simović during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Božo Simović kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Jasmin Raković stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cane Savović's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After having played for 22 minutes, Vuk Stošić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tynemouth United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vuk Stošić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Tynemouth United's Rajko Valentić got a free kick in the 25th minute. With a little luck, Tynemouth United's Velisav Bojović got control of the ball when Radivoj Vasković tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Stanislav Milinović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jasmin Raković showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krsto Pejčić in the 36th minute of the match. Rajko Valentić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jasmin Raković showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krsto Pejčić in the 46th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Krsman Tomanić was the one to do the kick off. Krsto Pejčić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vuk Stošić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jasmin Raković having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Bay of Kotor's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cane Savović fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Cane Savović came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Tynemouth United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cane Savović couldn't finish the play. When Tynemouth United's Rajko Valentić in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bay of Kotor's goalie prevented a goal. In the 60th match minute, Bay of Kotor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marjan Grbić to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Krsman Tomanić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bay of Kotor's supporters rose to their feet, but Krsman Tomanić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Velisav Bojović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cane Savović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jasmin Raković having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Bay of Kotor got a freekick which was hit by Cvetko Stolevski. After 74 played minutes Bay of Kotor got a freekick which was hit by Zvonimir Uskoković. In the 78th minute, Željko Mitrašinović made a precise shot to the right of Velisav Bojović. Tynemouth United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 84 minutes into the match, Vuk Stošić had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jasmin Raković. Bay of Kotor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vuk Stošić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Božo Simović got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Tynemouth United's Božo Simović got a free kick in the 90th minute. Tynemouth United played a much better game than Bay of Kotor and deserved their victory. The Bay of Kotor players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
