Spectators: 6770 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Peissawg Lovat got the match started through his kick off. Rhun James scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Garwyli Felt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rhun James fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garwyli Felt having to interfere. Garwyli Felt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tringad Fleming, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Cardigan's goal looked a bit too open when Hydd Doody came free, but Garwyli Felt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th match minute, Cardigan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braen Futter to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tringad Fleming in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Garwyli Felt saved Cardigan from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Cardigan's Bedwyr Costermonger got a free kick in the 24th minute. 28 minutes into the game, one of Cardigan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Clyde Corrells short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Braen Cannon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Llandudno Utd's goalkeeper Braen Cannon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Braen Cannon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peissawg Lovat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tringad Fleming to make the kick off. Anwar Lavery's late challenge caught a Llandudno Utd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anwar Lavery helped the player get up and apologised. Ol Hawke, 64 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some careless play in the Llandudno Utd defense, Clyde Correll kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Braen Cannon. The Llandudno Utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Braen Cannon should have stopped the shot. Rhun James sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Llandudno Utd's Braen Cannon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clyde Correll in the 74th minute of play. Tringad Fleming sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Cardigan's goalkeeper Garwyli Felt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rhun James. After a rather tough play, Cardigan's Braen Futter got a free kick in the 80th minute. Rhun James in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Garwyli Felt, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 86 played minutes Cardigan got a freekick which was hit by Anwas Crafton. If Clyde Correll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braen Cannon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peissawg Lovat's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Garwyli Felt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tringad Fleming in the 93rd minute of the match. The Llandudno Utd supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Llandudno Utd would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
