Gruddyeu Henson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cadwaladr Gore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Bridgend FC's Iowerth Chambers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nentres Leary narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Cadell Denton came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Bridgend FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cadell Denton couldn't finish the play. Iowerth Chambers received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nentres Leary came out and tried to block the shot, but Iowerth Chambers slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 24th minute. Gwawl Garth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Gruddyeu Henson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nentres Leary showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iowerth Chambers in the 31st minute of the match. If Iowerth Chambers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maelgwn Grim kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Bridgend FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gwawl Garth came free, but Gruddyeu Henson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Bridgend FC's Nentres Leary threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Iowerth Chambers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Cadell Denton came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Bridgend FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cadell Denton couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iowerth Chambers in the 46th minute of play forced Llandysul's goalkeeper Nentres Leary to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cadwaladr Gore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iowerth Chambers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iowerth Chambers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nentres Leary having to make a save. After 62 minutes, Maelgwn Grim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Llandysul and the Bridgend FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Maelgwn Grim kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Cadwaladr Gore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Bridgend FC's Gruddyeu Henson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Bridgend FC from getting a goal against them. Bridgend FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cadwaladr Gore 97 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Bridgend FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
