In the 4thth minute of the game Iowerth Chambers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Llandysul's Mael Guthrie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cadell Denton in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mael Guthrie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brastias Coonan kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Mael Guthrie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iowerth Chambers, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 14 played minutes Llandysul got a freekick which was hit by Kane Ingoldsby. After having played for 21 minutes, Iowerth Chambers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bridgend FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iowerth Chambers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Llandysul's Mael Guthrie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cadell Denton in the 23rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bridgend FC's Cairn Scrutiner got a free kick in the 25th minute. Mael Guthrie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iowerth Chambers's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 37th minute, Cadell Denton made a precise shot to the right of Mael Guthrie. Llandysul's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Prydwen Gardner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 46 minutes into the match, Bridgend FC's goalkeeper Gruddyeu Henson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maelgwn Fairbrother. Prydwen Gardner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Bridgend FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute, Maelgwn Fairbrother got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cadell Denton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Mael Guthrie made a huge save. In the 58th minute, Maelgwn Fairbrother ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gruddyeu Henson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 61 minutes into the match, Llandysul's Prydwen Gardner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gruddyeu Henson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Siarl Clifton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gruddyeu Henson having to interfere. A collision led to Bridgend FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cairn Scrutiner hit a great ball. Iowerth Chambers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mael Guthrie having to interfere. The supporters of Bridgend FC booed when Llandysul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kane Ingoldsby didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th match minute, Bridgend FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Galahad Banff to maneuver through the defense. Gruddyeu Henson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prydwen Gardner in the 90th minute of the match. Cadell Denton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mael Guthrie having to interfere. Mael Guthrie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iowerth Chambers in the 98th minute of play.
