Cas Birdwell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nentres Leary having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Cas Birdwell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nentres Leary was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 15th minute, Waljan Coffey made a precise shot to the right of Nentres Leary. Llandysul's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Lovel Hensons short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Nentres Keeler to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gwawl Garth succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 20th playminute. Cadwaladr Gore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nentres Keeler having to interfere. Waljan Coffey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waljan Coffey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nentres Leary read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Cadwaladr Gore scored 3-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nentres Keeler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iestyn Cotter hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Llandysul's zone, Nentres Flannelly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nentres Leary came out of the goal and Nentres Flannelly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Llandysul:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UWA Aberystwyth:s goal. Waljan Coffey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Nentres Leary tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Cadeyrn Lydiican suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. A collision led to Llandysul getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Lloyd Grooms hit a great ball. Gwyneira Brent charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gwyneira Brent the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, UWA Aberystwyth's Gwyneira Brent got a free kick in the 80th minute. When Gwawl Garth came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Llandysul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gwawl Garth couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Cadwaladr Gore's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nentres Keeler was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Gwawl Garth struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Nentres Keeler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Llandysul. In the 89th minute Cadwaladr Gore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nentres Keeler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cadwaladr Gore in the 92nd minute of play forced UWA Aberystwyth's goalkeeper Nentres Keeler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, UWA Aberystwyth's goal looked a bit too open when Gwawl Garth came free, but Nentres Keeler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nentres Keeler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gwawl Garth, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cadwaladr Gore in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nentres Keeler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Llandysul were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
