Spectators: 7886 (Terracing: 5915, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 157) Bridgend FC's Iowerth Chambers started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Druce Finn came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Soylent Greens fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Druce Finn couldn't finish the play. Soylent Greens's Druce Finn was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 13th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Iau Coe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Druce Finn scored 3-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gruddyeu Henson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iau Coe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Gruddyeu Henson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iau Coe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iau Coe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gruddyeu Henson having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Druce Finn to strike the kick off in the second half. Rhodri Correll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iowerth Chambers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brys Joynes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gruddyeu Henson having to make a save. After 57 minutes of play, Soylent Greens's Iau Coe made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gruddyeu Henson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 62nd minute, Iau Coe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gruddyeu Henson was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Rhodri Correll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iowerth Chambers in the 65th minute of play. Elphin Charlton hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Soylent Greens's goalkeeper Rhodri Correll had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cadell Denton. Cynan Cleary charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cynan Cleary the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Soylent Greens booed when Bridgend FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cynan Cleary didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Druce Finn's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gruddyeu Henson was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. 71 minutes into the game, Cynan Hylander threw the ball into play from the sideline. Soylent Greens's Mostyn Gapen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Iau Coe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 75 minutes, Elphin Charlton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soylent Greens's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elphin Charlton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Druce Finn struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Gruddyeu Henson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soylent Greens. Gruddyeu Henson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Druce Finn, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute Mostyn Gapen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gruddyeu Henson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iowerth Chambers during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 90th match minute, Bridgend FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iowerth Chambers to maneuver through the defense. Iau Coe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Soylent Greens players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
