Swansea's Maelgwn Henderson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mordwywr Hastings in the 4th minute of play. Jones Baccus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Drew Hawley left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Swansea fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Anfri Hawley notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Swansea's Maelgwn Henderson. Maelgwn Henderson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mordwywr Hastings fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maelgwn Henderson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jones Baccus in the 32nd minute of play forced Llangollen FC's goalkeeper Gilbert Dempsey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Drew Hawley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Swansea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Drew Hawley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilbert Dempsey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jones Baccus in the 35th minute of play. Maelgwn Henderson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mordwywr Hastings, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iona Whitster during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Berth Simmons walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 47 minutes into the game, Llangollen FC's Anfri Hawley nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maelgwn Henderson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mordwywr Hastings to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Drew Hawley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mordwywr Hastings in the 62nd minute of play forced Swansea's goalkeeper Maelgwn Henderson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Mordwywr Hastings notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Swansea's Maelgwn Henderson. Maelgwn Henderson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mordwywr Hastings received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Maelgwn Henderson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mordwywr Hastings's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Llangollen FC's zone, Jones Baccus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilbert Dempsey came out of the goal and Jones Baccus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Drew Hawley in the 99th minute of play forced Llangollen FC's goalkeeper Gilbert Dempsey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Llangollen FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Swansea had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
