Spectators: 6785 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 0) Keith Christian started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Keith Christian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gwallter Puddler was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Aglovale Jagger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwallter Puddler having to interfere. Powell Collier hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Keith Christian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Gwallter Puddler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerwin Lockrey kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Montgomery Utd's Powell Carrey broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 20 played minutes UWA Treorchy got a freekick which was hit by Anwas Culpepper. 22 minutes into the game, Kynlas Follet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Montgomery Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UWA Treorchy the free kick. After a rather tough play, Montgomery Utd's Kynlas Follet got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Aglovale Jagger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Gwallter Puddler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. UWA Treorchy's Aglovale Jagger got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Kynlas Follet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heulyn Farthing kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. UWA Treorchy's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Kynlas Follet 41 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After 46th play minutes Kynlas Follet shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Vaughn Boryla and just under the crossbar into goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kynlas Follet to make the kick off. If Kynlas Follet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute Keith Christian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwallter Puddler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Montgomery Utd's goalkeeper Gwallter Puddler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 64 played minutes UWA Treorchy got a freekick which was hit by Gerwin Lockrey. In the 66th minute, one of UWA Treorchy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for UWA Treorchy. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for Montgomery Utd. Powell Carrey stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Vaughn Boryla. 3-0. Vaughn Boryla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kynlas Follet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Keith Christian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Keith Christian struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Gwallter Puddler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UWA Treorchy. Montgomery Utd's Gwallter Puddler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Montgomery Utd from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd minute, Aglovale Jagger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Keith Christian came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the UWA Treorchy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keith Christian couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Aglovale Jagger managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Treorchy's supporters rose to their feet, but Aglovale Jagger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gwallter Puddler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Montgomery Utd fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when Montgomery Utd's Nynnyaw Hanauer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 96th minute, Celyn Harper got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Montgomery Utd's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
