Spectators: 6771 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 0) Ofydd Doney started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Greid Hickey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Deiniol Garrity made a huge save. Dillan Keegan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Bedwyr Freeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dillan Keegan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Llangollen were furious when Ifor Deacon was red carded, 20 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 27 minutes into the match, Llangollen's goal looked a bit too open when Sion Bulbeck came free, but Deiniol Garrity reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Greid Hickey got free with Deiniol Garrity in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Ofydd Doney came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Llangollen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ofydd Doney couldn't finish the play. Ofydd Doney took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bedwyr Freeman. Bedwyr Freeman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Ofydd Doney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Bedwyr Freeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Griffin Wheelwright fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedwyr Freeman having to interfere. Deiniol Garrity made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tremayne Cotter in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Erbin Hanauer kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Beli Henson hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Ofydd Doney might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bedwyr Freeman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ofydd Doney ran back to his position shaking his head. Ofydd Doney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedwyr Freeman having to interfere. Ofydd Doney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute, Griffin Wheelwright hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deiniol Garrity made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Greid Hickey in the 81st minute of play. With a little luck, Port Talbot's Bedwyr Freeman got control of the ball when Ofydd Doney tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 86 played minutes Llangollen got a freekick which was hit by Beli Henson. 89 minutes into the match, Erbin Hanauer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Deiniol Garrity. Llangollen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Erbin Hanauer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Ofydd Doney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Port Talbot support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
