Bedwyr Freeman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kynlas Follet in the 10th minute of the match. Kynwal Kellogg kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Nynnyaw Hanauer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Bedwyr Freeman made a huge save. After 19 played minutes Montgomery Utd got a freekick which was hit by Renfrew Canning. Sion Bulbeck took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gwallter Puddler. Montgomery Utd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bedwyr Freeman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kynlas Follet in the 22nd minute of the match. Renfrew Canning received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Bedwyr Freeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 minutes, Celyn Harper mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montgomery Utd and the Port Talbot players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bedwyr Freeman came out of the goal and Nynnyaw Hanauer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47thth minute of the game Tremayne Cotter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Montgomery Utd's Gwallter Puddler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Port Talbot's Bedwyr Freeman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nynnyaw Hanauer in the 60th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erbin Hanauer during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Port Talbot's Erbin Hanauer got a free kick in the 61st minute. Montgomery Utd's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Tremayne Cotter scored to the left of an out of position Gwallter Puddler, making the score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kynlas Follet in the 73rd minute of play forced Port Talbot's goalkeeper Bedwyr Freeman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Tremayne Cotter dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gwallter Puddler, 0-2. Nynnyaw Hanauer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Tremayne Cotter got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Greid Hickey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwallter Puddler having to interfere. When Greid Hickey came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Port Talbot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Greid Hickey couldn't finish the play. Kynlas Follet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedwyr Freeman having to interfere.
