Aglovale Jagger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Pellyn Lamont made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Keith Christian in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pellyn Lamont saved UWA Penarth from getting behind. Pellyn Lamont made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Aglovale Jagger sent off a good shot on target. Gwallter Bligh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vaughn Boryla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Aglovale Jagger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 23 played minutes UWA Treorchy got a freekick which was hit by Aglovale Jagger. If Keith Christian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aglovale Jagger hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, UWA Penarth's goalkeeper Pellyn Lamont had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aglovale Jagger. 36 minutes into the match, UWA Treorchy's Keith Christian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pellyn Lamont narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Aglovale Jagger came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the UWA Treorchy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aglovale Jagger couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Keith Christian managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Treorchy's supporters rose to their feet, but Keith Christian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pellyn Lamont breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the match, UWA Penarth's goalkeeper Pellyn Lamont had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aglovale Jagger. In the 45th minute, UWA Penarth's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Keith Christian fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 48 minutes in the game, Keith Christian fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Pellyn Lamont having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Aglovale Jagger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Pellyn Lamont tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Keith Christian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When UWA Treorchy's Keith Christian in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. UWA Treorchy's supporters rose to their feet, but Keith Christian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pellyn Lamont breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 67 minutes, Mil Fishbourne mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UWA Penarth and the UWA Treorchy players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to UWA Penarth getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Mil Fishbourne hit a great ball. After 68 minutes of play, UWA Treorchy's Aglovale Jagger made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pellyn Lamont was left in no man's land by his defense there! Keith Christian scored 3-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pellyn Lamont, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pellyn Lamont showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keith Christian, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aglovale Jagger in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pellyn Lamont saved UWA Penarth from getting behind. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. UWA Treorchy had played much better football throughout.
