Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Caradawg Connery successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Neath's Caradawg Connery got control of the ball when Iago Rigger tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gwalchmei Hamm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aneirin Atkins having to interfere. Aurlan's Aneirin Atkins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogart Foster in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, Aurlan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ffowc Fane to maneuver through the defense. Iago Fabian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caradawg Connery having to interfere. Aurlan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Reese Harley ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Reese Harley almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Aurlan's Aneirin Atkins did a great save. After 75 played minutes Neath got a freekick which was hit by Madawg Francis. Iago Fabian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 77 played minutes Neath got a freekick which was hit by Pwyll Cordwainer. Caradawg Connery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iago Rigger in the 78th minute of the match. Iago Fabian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurlan's Iago Rigger got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd minute Iago Fabian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caradawg Connery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iago Rigger in the 87th minute of play forced Neath's goalkeeper Caradawg Connery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kenyon Cohen during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Aurlan:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Neath:s goal. In the 93rd minute there was a penalty for Neath. Reese Harley stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aneirin Atkins. 1-1. 99 minutes into the match, Neath's goal looked a bit too open when Iago Fabian came free, but Caradawg Connery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
