Spectators: 6921 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1768, VIP seats: 153) Sel Duff started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Sel Duff managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Penarth's supporters rose to their feet, but Sel Duff was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Drudwas King breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. UWA Talgarth's Drudwas King played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sel Duff in the 5th minute of play. After having played for 11 minutes, Siencyn Brabazon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UWA Talgarth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siencyn Brabazon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celyn Edelston was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ren Hawker showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Bwlch Mason kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Sion Griffith notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of UWA Talgarth's Drudwas King. Drudwas King was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sion Griffith took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Drudwas King. Drudwas King dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. A collision led to UWA Talgarth getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Seren Barton hit a great ball. Drudwas King took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sion Griffith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th match minute, UWA Talgarth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Granwen Carver to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Penarth's zone, Ren Hawker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celyn Edelston came out of the goal and Ren Hawker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wren Ackroyd during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Iustig Herbert missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 44 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Drudwas King right hand side. Pwyll Henn hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Tarrant Wheelwright sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and UWA Talgarth's Drudwas King didn't even have to move. The UWA Talgarth players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. UWA Penarth were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ren Hawker to strike the kick off in the second half. UWA Talgarth were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after UWA Penarth's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Wren Ackroyd took the corner. Wren Ackroyd made a great header on UWA Talgarth's corner, it was just that UWA Penarth's Celyn Edelston managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sel Duff in the 69th minute of play forced UWA Talgarth's goalkeeper Drudwas King to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siencyn Brabazon charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Siencyn Brabazon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 75 played minutes UWA Talgarth got a freekick which was hit by Siencyn Brabazon. Drudwas King showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sel Duff, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sel Duff in the 79th minute of play forced UWA Talgarth's goalkeeper Drudwas King to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 played minutes UWA Talgarth got a freekick which was hit by Nentres Brownsmith. After a rather tough play, UWA Penarth's Iustig Herbert got a free kick in the 89th minute. Celyn Edelston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ren Hawker in the 93rd minute of play. A hard shot 96 in the game by Sion Griffith from a close distance when the talented Drudwas King managed to make a qualified save. UWA Talgarth's players were relieved.
