Wrexham FC's Cadeyrn Pattern proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Wrexham FC from getting a goal against them. When Rhobert Griffin fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wrexham FC's protests and gave Rhobert Griffin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute, Rhobert Griffin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th match minute, Wrexham FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rhodri Hastings to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Wrexham FC's zone, Sel Duff stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cadeyrn Pattern came out of the goal and Sel Duff tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th match minute, UWA Penarth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iustig Herbert to maneuver through the defense. After 15 minutes of play, Wrexham FC's Melkin Hurlburt made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celyn Edelston was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 19 minutes, Sel Duff managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UWA Penarth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sel Duff was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Melkin Hurlburt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Celyn Edelston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sel Duff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the game, Cadellin Dowdall was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wrexham FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UWA Penarth the free kick. A collision led to Wrexham FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Cadellin Dowdall hit a great ball. Cadellin Dowdall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as UWA Penarth's Sel Duff slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cadeyrn Pattern. That made the score 1-1 after 37 minutes of play.

Sion Griffith recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Wrexham FC's zone, Sion Griffith stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cadeyrn Pattern came out of the goal and Sion Griffith tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cadeyrn Pattern took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sel Duff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sion Griffith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cadeyrn Pattern having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Elphin Boniface put in a rough tackle. The referee gave UWA Penarth a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tarrant Wheelwright, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Wrexham FC's Cadeyrn Pattern. 2-1. Bwlch Mason hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, UWA Penarth's goalkeeper Celyn Edelston had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Siencyn Booth. After having played for 72 minutes, Siencyn Booth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wrexham FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Siencyn Booth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, UWA Penarth's Celyn Edelston got control of the ball when Siencyn Booth tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sion Griffith might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cadeyrn Pattern. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sion Griffith ran back to his position shaking his head. After 81st play minutes Sel Duff shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Cadeyrn Pattern and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wrexham FC's goalkeeper Cadeyrn Pattern, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Wrexham FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Rhobert Griffin hit a great ball. Sion Griffith recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sel Duff in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cadeyrn Pattern prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 93 minutes into the match, UWA Penarth's Sel Duff sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cadeyrn Pattern narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 97 minutes into the match, UWA Penarth's goal looked a bit too open when Gorsedd Roper came free, but Celyn Edelston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Siencyn Booth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The UWA Penarth fans cheered their team off the field, for while Wrexham FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
