The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anyon David during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 6th minute, Lloyd Crosby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ol Bellew was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Rhobert Gillett capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rhobert Gillett really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of UWA Bale Tribute:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UWA Cardigan:s goal. Baddon Dancy walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. If Llwydeu Bellew had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Llwydeu Bellew in the 27th minute of play forced UWA Bale Tribute's goalkeeper Adwr Bonner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Llwydeu Bellew succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Llwydeu Bellew in the 32nd minute of play forced UWA Bale Tribute's goalkeeper Adwr Bonner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Llwydeu Bellew fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adwr Bonner having to interfere. Llwydeu Bellew received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Adwr Bonner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute Amerawdwr Case shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adwr Bonner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Garselid Humphries had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

UWA Cardigan's Ol Bellew played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rhobert Gillett in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of UWA Bale Tribute booed when UWA Cardigan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Howell Hooley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ol Bellew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rhobert Gillett, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute, Llwydeu Bellew ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adwr Bonner was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. 64 minutes into the match, Llwydeu Bellew had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adwr Bonner. UWA Bale Tribute's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Llwydeu Bellew was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. UWA Cardigan's Ol Bellew played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel Ingoldsby in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, UWA Cardigan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Howell Hooley to maneuver through the defense. Amerawdwr Case received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adwr Bonner came out and tried to block the shot, but Amerawdwr Case slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 73rd minute. In the 75th minute, Howell Hooley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amerawdwr Case in the 77th minute of play forced UWA Bale Tribute's goalkeeper Adwr Bonner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amerawdwr Case recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adwr Bonner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Llwydeu Bellew in the 84th minute. If Lionel Ingoldsby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ol Bellew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rhobert Gillett, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Lionel Ingoldsby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ol Bellew having to interfere. After 93 played minutes UWA Cardigan got a freekick which was hit by Amynedd Shrieve. Ol Bellew came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by UWA Bale Tribute's Rhobert Gillett. But to his dismay, Rhobert Gillett quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. When the match was over UWA Cardigan could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than UWA Bale Tribute throughout the match.
